错误消息：NuGet.targets(121,5): error : Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json. 在网上找到好多方法，设置NuGet.config，传参数给code命令，设置VS Code的代理都不行。 在terminal直接设置http_proxy和https_proxy能解决。
